Beyonce Lemonade Diet – Ingredients and Recipe

Here’s how to make the Beyonce Master Cleanse lemonade…

* 2 Tablespoons of fresh preferably organic lemon juice

* 2 Tablespoons of rich, organic grade B maple syrup

* 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, or to taste (as much as you can stand)

* 10 oz of filtered water (8 ounces 250 milliliters of Pure Water)

How’s how to take the Lemonade diet for the entire duration of time you choose to be on it:

1. Cut the lemon and juice each half on the juicer. It will take a day or 2 for you to figure out the right number of lemons.

2. Add the remaining lemonade ingredients into a glass, mix immediately, and drink.

3. Take 6-12 glasses of lemonade a day. You can start with 12 and cut down, but take no less than 6 glasses every day.
